When Alistair and I adopted each other, I don't know who needed who more. Over the years, he was the one and only constant in my life. My philosophy was, "What Alistair wants, Alistair gets, unless it would harm him in any way, shape, or form." He didn't want much except for food, water, a warm lap, and his people. There wasn't a single person who didn't fall in love with him. Even friends who swore that they didn't like cats, wanted me to find a cat just like Alistair for them.
In a nutshell, Alistair may be gone, but he will forever be remembered as the most amazing, selfless, loving, and comforting feline son a person could ever dream of having in their life.
