Shasta was very special to us. She was a part of our family from the time she was 9 weeks old, until just shy of her 16th birthday. She loved to go for long walks with mommy, laze in the grass, play in the snow or be the "princess" of the house and boss her two big brothers (a german shepard & a lab) around! In the last year she had become very sick and had lost her hearing. We knew it was her time and had to say goodbye. She took her journey over the rainbow bridge just this last August and we still miss her every day. So with the help of mourninglights, we can still see her beautiful face every day and remember!
