Sammy was rescued by the Morris Family very close to his last hours at a shelter so that he could live out his long life in pure comfort and happiness. He had a rough start in this world, which made him very "picky" on who would have the pleasure of giving him a pat on the head. Regardless, Sammy won the hearts of anyone that met him...whether he allowed them to pet him, give him a treat, throw his favorite rope toy, or just talk to him.
